RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Hookah Nights. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

AGE VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT
By purchasing from Hookah Nights, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age or the minimum legal age to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Unopened Products
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 5 days of purchase for a partial refund, excluding original shipping charges
- Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact
- Return authorization must be obtained from Hookah Nights before shipping items back
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product

Opened or Used Products
- Due to health and safety regulations governing tobacco products, we CANNOT accept returns on:
  * Opened tobacco products (shisha, hookah tobacco)
  * Used hookahs or accessories that have come into contact with tobacco
  * Opened charcoal packages
  * Any product that shows signs of use

EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CASES

Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery
- We will replace the item at no charge or provide a full refund including original shipping costs
- Photos of the defect or damage may be required for processing

Wrong Item Shipped
- If we ship you the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct item or provide a full refund

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Contact us at info@hookah-nights.com within 30 days of purchase
2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping anything back
4. Pack items securely in original packaging
5. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

REFUND PROCESSING

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility

EXCHANGES

- We do not offer direct exchanges
- To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened tobacco products (shisha, hookah tobacco)
- Used hookahs, hoses, bowls, or accessories
- Opened charcoal packages
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or personalized items

CALIFORNIA COMPLIANCE

In accordance with California tobacco laws, all tobacco product sales are final once opened. We comply with all state and local regulations regarding the sale and return of tobacco products.
