We comply with California's flavored tobacco ban (SB 793). We cannot ship flavored tobacco products to California addresses. Certain California counties and cities have additional restrictions.

4.3 Delivery Requirements
- Adult signature (21+) is required for all tobacco product deliveries
- Someone 21 or older must be present to sign for the package
- If no one is available to sign, the package will be returned to the carrier facility for pickup

4.4 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Hookah Nights are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. PROHIBITED USES

You agree NOT to use the Site for any of the following purposes:

5.1 Illegal Activities
- Purchasing products if you are under 21 years of age
- Reselling products without proper licensing
