SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Hookah Nights. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and important restrictions for tobacco product shipments.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)
- Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Cost: Depends on destination
- Free shipping on orders over $95
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express)
- Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Cost: Depends on destination
- Available for most locations
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday-Friday ship same business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Federal Law Compliance
- All tobacco product shipments require adult signature (21+) upon delivery
- Someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the package
- Valid government-issued photo ID will be required
Delivery Attempts
- If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice
- You can arrange redelivery or pickup at your local post office
- Packages will be held for 15 days before being returned to us
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
State Restrictions
We cannot ship tobacco products to the following states:
- Vermont (all products)
- Armed Forces locations (APO, FPO, DPO addresses)
The following states prohibit tobacco product shipments (non-tobacco items like hookahs and accessories can still be shipped):
- Arkansas
- District of Columbia
- Maine
- Rhode Island
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Washington
California Flavored Tobacco Ban
Due to California Senate Bill 793, we cannot ship flavored tobacco products to any California address. Only non-flavored tobacco products and non-tobacco items (hookahs, charcoal, accessories) can be shipped to California.
Additionally, the following California counties and cities prohibit ALL tobacco product sales:
- Los Angeles County
- San Francisco County
- Sacramento County
- Alameda County
- Contra Costa County
- San Mateo County
- Santa Clara County

If your California address is in a restricted jurisdiction, we can only ship non-tobacco items (hookahs, hoses, bowls, accessories, charcoal).
PO Box Restrictions
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to adult signature requirements
- Please provide a physical street address for delivery
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Hookah Nights only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, or any other countries.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Order Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed
- A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships
Tracking Information
- USPS tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments
- Track your package at usps.com or through the link in your shipping confirmation email
Delivery Issues
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
1. Check with household members
2. Check around your property (porches, garages, etc.)
3. Check with neighbors
4. Contact your local post office
5. Contact us at info@hookah-nights.com if still not located
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard Rates
- Standard Shipping: starts from $8.95
- Expedited Shipping: starts from $24.95
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $95 and over
Order Modifications
- Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has shipped
- Contact us immediately at info@hookah-nights.com if you need to modify your order before it ships
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Refused Shipments
- If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to refused shipments
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or inability to deliver, you will be responsible for:
* Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
* Return shipping costs
* Reshipping costs if you want the order sent again
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Damaged Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please:
1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
2. Contact us at info@hookah-nights.com within 48 hours
3. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund
Lost Shipments
- If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us
- We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue
- Replacement or refund will be provided for confirmed lost packages
HOLIDAYS AND WEATHER DELAYS
Holiday Shipping
- Shipping times may be extended during major holidays
- We recommend ordering early during holiday seasons
- Check our website for holiday shipping deadlines
Weather Delays
- Severe weather may cause shipping delays beyond our control
- We are not responsible for weather-related delays
- Track your package for the most current delivery estimates
COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

- We comply with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act
- We maintain records of all tobacco product shipments as required by law
- We verify age for all tobacco product purchases
State and Local Compliance
- We comply with all applicable state and local tobacco laws
- Shipping restrictions are subject to change based on new legislation
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate local laws
TAX COLLECTION
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is collected based on your shipping address
- Tax rates are determined by state and local jurisdictions
- Tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout
